Aalto was a real estate startup founded in 2018 that aimed to revolutionize the home buying process by giving buyers more control and reducing agent commissions. During its early stages, I was brought on as a consultant to shape the foundation of its user experience and product strategy.

My Role
Over an 8-month engagement, I collaborated with the team to create early draft concepts and prototypes designed to attract investors and inform the platform’s direction. My work focused on UX and product design, with some minimal branding contributions. I also created prototypes to be used in research, ensuring the designs resonated with potential users. While my designs never went live, they provided the groundwork for what Aalto became, ultimately helping the company secure Series A funding.

Status: Aalto is no longer in operation, but the concepts I developed were instrumental in shaping its early success and funding journey.
